Maya Zahira School of Belly Dance Work Shop
February 11, 2012

Time: 3:00-5:00pm  Location: Richmond City Hall

Fee: $20           Registration Deadline: 2/3/12

 Must be 14 years or older

Belly dancing is the latest trend in working out. This work shop will promote education in Middle Eastern dance, culture, music and the enhancement of physical, emotional, and social well-being to the public through belly dancing . This workshop can assist women with issues of health, fitness, body image, and self esteem.

This exercise format class includes warm-up and break down of basic belly dance movements, plus traveling steps, shimmies, hip, torso, leg & abdominal exercises, and sustained arm movements. Appropriate for all levels from beginner to advanced.

Easter Egg Hunt

Bring your Easter basket and come have some Easter FUN! Grades 2-4  9:00am; Grades K-1 10:00 am; Preschool   11:00am

 British Soccer Camp

British Soccer Camps provide players of all ages and abilities with the rare opportunity to receive high-level soccer coaching from a team of international experts. Each day includes individual foot skills, technical drills, tactical practices, small-sided games, coached scrimmages, and a daily tournament. Equally important, the Challenger coaching staff provides your child with lessons in respect, responsibility, integrity, sportsmanship and leadership. Camp programs include a free ball and shirt and a free British Soccer jersey for on line registrations 45 days prior to camp!

When: July 16, 2012 - July 20, 2012 
Where: Southview Park Soccer Fields

10:30 AM - 12:00 PM  Ages 5 to 6  $80.00

1:00 PM - 4:00 PM  Ages 7 to 14  $95.00 

A $10 per player late fee will be assessed on applications received within 10 days of the Program start date.

Registration Procedures:

Note the registration dates for each activity, program or special event The program fee must be paid in full by the registration deadline to be eligible to participate.  Registrations may be mailed to 205 Summit St. or taken to the City Collectors Office at City Hall. If you can not make it to the Collector's office between 8:00am-4:30pm (M-F), you may put the registration ion form and the registration fee (check or exact amount of cash) in the after hours box outside of City Hall. Click here for registration forms, or you can pick them up at the Recreation Department.

Program Policies:

The Richmond Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel, combine, or divide classes, programs,  or reservations to change the time, date, fee, or place of meeting or to make necessary revisions in any program when necessary. Once a participant is placed on a team they will not be switched. NO REFUNDS.
